A relocation project for a legal client based in the Channel Islands and Singapore. The clients current office in London is across two sites and the relocation to Victoria provides the opportunity to create a new workplace environment for both staff and clients whilst presenting the firm in a high quality professional environment.

The landmark offices in Victoria were recently refurbished to a high standard by Land Securities and provide a modern and contemporary context for the fit-out.
The palette of finishes for the fit-out has been developed in line with the client’s recently completed Singapore office and in the context of the base build to provide a welcoming and professional environment and reflect the client’s brand.
