‘A distinctive interior for special occupiers’

Fabric were appointed by the Main Contractor as the Architect to complete the build of the scheme.

High Holborn is a building refurbishment including a complete re-cladding of the building, new core and the

addition of 2 new floors.

Our remit with this project is to develop the architectural details in coordination the subcontractors

to finalise key elements and finishing details not covered by the Employers requirements.

As part of our works we are also responsible for designing the core and working with the developer

and contractor to create the design intent in line with the budget constraints required.
