‘Better Buildings’

Marsh & Parsons, one of London cities longest established estate agencies, required a new concept design for their new offices. After acquiring a new site in Kennington we took on the extensive refurbishment of the basement, ground floor and facade.

We created a concept design which would give a refined industrial feel with highlights of the brand colours throughout the interior and external facade.

Fabric worked closely with the planners as this building is in a conservation area to maintain the historic architectural features of the facade and to provide the Marsh and Parsons brand identity..
