‘Decadent interiors’

Fabric were chosen by Sablier, a fine French dining restaurant and bar in Zurich to provide a branding, concept design and tender document.

We developed the design as part of a team to help the restaurant win the space. The design was taken to detailed design until the base build is finished, when the build can continue.

Sablier would be the new rooftop restaurant at “The Circle” and is designed to be a destination in itself at Zurich airport. Sablier will deliver sleek style and design with sophisticated ambience. It will represent the richness and mystery of French cuisine with the interiors representing a unique design to reflect the style of the cuisine.
