Fabric were appointed to provide full architectural services to the law firm BDB Pitmans for the CAT B fit-out of two floors.
The space comprised of staff areas which included open plan workspace, meeting rooms, private study booths, library, tea-point and breakout areas alongside the key element of a large and flexible client facing meeting suite. This was achieved by the inclusion of extensive movable walls to create large theatre style spaces, various size meeting rooms and the ability to open up the whole space for BDB Pitmans to host receptions over looking the views of St Paul’s cathedral.
The desired look and feel was a warm, elegant and inviting space; realised through a palette of light oak, deep blues, touches of gold and an undertone of warm neutrals.
