‘Simple but a significant design’
The project objectives were to refurbish the building to a CAT A standard to enable a quick return to the market in response to demand. The scope included new ceilings and lighting, new building services, refurbishment of the common parts and a new lift for the building. As part of the space planning exercise, we maximised wasted space to increase the NLA.
Our remit included going through the planning process to modify the ground floor space to class A1 and A3, install roof lights to the rear of the building as well as the refurbishment of the facade.
